Midtown Manhattan’s first hotel under Marriott International’s SpringHill Suites brand has opened on West 37th Street.
The hotel, the 300th Springhill Suites, has 173 rooms as well as views of the Empire State Building.
One of the owners, Hidrock Realty, also is developing the 168-room Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Herald Square.
