Travel + Leisure Co. has launched Eddie Bauer Adventure Club, a new vacation ownership concept developed in partnership with Authentic Brands Group, owner of the Eddie Bauer outdoor apparel and retail brand.

The first property is now open in Moab, Utah, with additional destinations to follow.

The Moab resort features 39 accommodations, including studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom options, with amenities like kitchenettes or full kitchens, in-unit laundry and living areas.

The property is near Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, offering access to activities like hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, off-roading and stargazing.

Under the brand's vacation ownership model, founding owners receive benefits including an annual curated excursion for two, priority booking privileges and 50% savings on Eddie Bauer apparel and gear.

Stays can be booked either through owner reservations at EddieBauerAdventureClub.com or as short-term rentals via ExtraHolidays.com.

The new concept joins Travel + Leisure Co.'s existing portfolio of vacation ownership, travel club and lifestyle travel brands, which include Sports Illustrated Resorts, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, Club Wyndham, WorldMark and RCI.

Eddie Bauer Adventure Club represents the first venture into hospitality for the outdoor brand, which was founded in Seattle in 1920 by outdoorsman Eddie Bauer.
