The new area in the Universal Studios Florida park, themed to the "Despicable Me" film franchise, will feature a new blaster-style attraction, Illumination's Villain-Con Minion Blast. The land is also home to the existing Despicable Me Minion Mayhem.
Guests can meet characters such as the Minions and Gru in the outdoor Illumination Theater façade.
A new shop, Evil Stuff, will open to guests, as will new dining options: Illumination's Minion Café, Pop-A-Nana, Freeze Ray Pops and Bake My Day.
