The largest W hotel in the Asia-Pacific region will open its doors Tuesday in the Chinese city of Xi'an.

The 385-room W Xi'an is located in the city's Qujiang District, near the Datang Furong Garden, Qujiang Lake and other Xi'an attractions. The property offers four dining venues and more than 43,000 square feet of events space.

Its design showcases "the vibrant history of the region with dynamic visual displays taking guests through five ancient dynasties that once called Xi'an home," according to a statement from W Hotels Worldwide.
