Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans to open a mountain resort on Nevada's side of Lake Tahoe in 2027.

Set to operate year-round, the 15-acre Waldorf Astoria Lake Tahoe will be located within Nevada's Crystal Bay and Incline Village community, comprising 76 guestrooms and 61 branded residences. The Hilton-managed property will feature contemporary architecture and design elements, showcasing materials like wood, natural stone and metal.

The resort will be home to what the brand describes as "an upscale casino," offering live entertainment and a speakeasy.

The Waldorf Astoria brand, which is part of Hilton's luxury portfolio, currently has more than 45 existing properties worldwide.
