Wyndham buys hotel company in Argentina

Wyndham Hotel Group has acquired Buenos Aires-based Fen Hotels and its management contracts for 22 hotels, including one in the U.S -- the Dazzler Brooklyn.

With the acquisition, Wyndham Hotel Group takes over Fen Hotels' Dazzler and Esplendor brands. Fen Hotels was founded in 2002.

Wyndham Hotel Group will base its Latin America operations out of what was Fen Hotels' headquarters.
