East Africa safari operator SkySafari by Elewana Collection is offering guests the option of buying out the company’s private plane for travel between camps and lodges in Tanzania and Kenya in 2021.

SkySafari will offer two of its seven-night itineraries at rates that include a buyout of a nine-passenger Cessna Caravan: the Tanzania Classic for $7,294 per person for a full plane and the Exclusive Kenya Classic for $6,674 per person for a full plane. The pricing includes accommodations, all food and beverages, transfers and park fees, butler service, and full buyout of a safari vehicle during game drives.

SkySafari will continue to offer shared scheduled departures: The Tanzania Classic starts at $12,469, double, and the Kenya Classic starts from $12,863, double.

“There is no denying that recent world events have resulted in an increased desire for completely exclusive travel,” said SkySafari general manager Mia Lawson. “To meet the demands from our customers, we have introduced the option to buy out the SkySafari package at a price point that is still competitive with hiring a private jet.”
