Ensemble has partnered with the association Women Leading Travel & Hospitality with the end goal of empowering its female executives and membership.
It is the first travel advisor consortium to partner with the group, Ensemble said.
Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, founded in 2019, is a membership-based association that offers resources, support and motivation to women in the travel industry.
Ensemble will have access to its various offerings, ranging from education to a member-only job board, as well as the opportunity to attend its inaugural Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit.
"This affiliation is a natural fit for Ensemble which has long been committed to supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of its business," Kristina Boyce, senior vice president of operations for Ensemble, said in a release.
Boyce added that the consortium is "proud and privileged to boast" that it has several women in executive, vice president and director roles as well as a membership base with many women business owners and managers.
