Former Ensemble Travel Group executive Lindsay Pearlman has
started a new position with Travel Leaders Network.
Pearlman is the network's senior vice president of
international leisure, a newly created position. He started on July 8.
Ensemble last month announced Pearlman would leave the travel
agency consortium.
Pearlman worked at Ensemble for 12 years, most recently as co-president. Before
that, he spent 11 years with American Express Global Travel Services in a
variety of positions.
In his new role at Travel Leaders Network, Pearlman reports
to the network's president, Roger Block.
"Lindsay will work with our international partners to
expand Travel Leaders Network leisure programs throughout Latin America,
Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific," Block said in a
statement. "Many of our international partner agencies have a very large
leisure operation in addition to their corporate division and we are pleased
that Lindsay will bring his years of industry experience to help us grow our
leisure division with partners across many countries.
Travel Leaders Network has been making an international
push. In the spring, the network announced a partnership with Travel Leaders
Corporate to create a worldwide network of agencies to better service customers.
