Anguilla's borders will reopen on May 25 following a closure to manage a cluster of Covid-19 cases identified on April 22.

Once it reopens, the quarantine period for fully vaccinated travelers (those who have had their last dose of vaccine administered at least three weeks before arrival on the island) will be seven days.

Nonvaccinated travelers must quarantine for between 10 and 14 days.

All other entry protocols remain the same: Visitors must apply for entry permission; provide proof of health insurance coverage; produce a negative PCR test done three to five days prior to arrival; take a PCR test on arrival; and pay visitor fees ($300 per individual plus $200 for each additional person).

Anguilla is aiming to achieve the stated target of 70% of residents to be vaccinated to reduce the possibility of transmission, according to Stacey Liburd, the director of tourism.
