Celebrity chefs will be in the spotlight at the Cayman Cookout

The 15th annual Cayman Cookout released its culinary lineup for the event, to be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman from Jan. 9 to 15.

Chefs participating include Jose Andres, James Kent, Kristen Kish, Emeril Lagasse, Angie Mar, Enrique Olvera, Kuame Onwuachi, Eric Ripert, Andrew Zimmern, Orlando Soto and Pano Karatassos. Also featured will be mixologists Charles Joly, Tj Vong and sommelier Aldo Sohm.

The event, hosted by celebrity chef Ripert, features cooking demonstrations, epicurean experiences, beverage tastings, chef-personalized lunches, poolside parties and events such as the Barefoot BBQ and Rum & Robusto. The Grand Finale dinner, to be hosted at Blue by Ripert, will offer a showcase of participating chefs' culinary creations and wine pairings.

Guests can book the hotel's Cayman Cookout Package; a four-night minimum stay is required. The package includes luxury accommodations, daily breakfast buffet for two at Seven Restaurant and tickets to signature Cookout events, including Friday's Discover Cayman Lunch and Barefoot BBQ, Saturday's After Dinner party and Sunday's Rum & Robusto.
