The all-suite O:LV Fifty Five Hotel is expected to open in San Juan's Condado neighborhood by Christmas.
The 26-room boutique hotel is a sister property to the O:Live Boutique Hotel.
The design for the O:LV Fifty Five will be sleek and stylish, with film noir-influenced art and black and marble floors. Art Deco touches include neutral colors and brass geometric details, accented with plush furnishings in bright turquoise or purple.
Most rooms are L shaped, with oversized balconies and views over the Condado Lagoon.
A double-tiered rooftop houses a climate-controlled infinity pool and solarium with hot tub.
The hotel will also have two restaurants.
