Sandals Royal Barbados is undergoing a major expansion, with the all-inclusive resort set to debut 66 new suites, two new wellness-inspired dining venues and two new pools this July.

The expanded offerings will be located within Sandals Royal Barbados' South Seas Village area and will bring the property's total room count to 338.

The new suites will include a mix of the brand's signature Rondoval suites, which feature a rounded design, as well as Skypool, Crystal Lagoon Swim-up and Millionaire Butler suite concepts. Each accommodation will be outfitted with high ceilings and light-wood finishes, blackout shades and in-room aromatherapy systems, among other amenities.

Additional dining options will be the Greenhouse, billed as a rustic, farm-to-table eatery; and Heart and Sol, a cafe serving up sandwiches, soups, salads, smoothie bowls and other healthy fare. The venues will grow Sandals Royal Barbados' total restaurant count to nine.

The resort's two new freshwater pools will be located in a more "tranquil section" of the South Seas Village. One of the pools will have a full-service bar that offers a menu of low-calorie cocktails.

Sandals Royal Barbados is accepting reservations for its new suites for arrivals beginning July 1.
