Virgin Voyages said Monday that its fourth ship will be named the Brilliant Lady.
The cruise line said the name is meant to highlight "the powerful intelligence of women across the globe."
"Brilliant Lady represents the smart, thoughtful, boundary-pushing minds of women around the world -- unafraid of owning their intelligence, aware of their importance, and confidently in touch with their own sense of self worth," Virgin Voyages said.
Virgin said the Brilliant Lady's destinations, itineraries and mermaid design on the ship's hull will be announced soon.
All of Virgin's first three ships are due to be in the water by the end of this summer. The Scarlet Lady is sailing Caribbean cruises from Miami, while the Valiant Lady will reposition from the U.K. to Mediterranean cruising from Barcelona, starting May 15. The Resilient Lady will enter service on Aug. 14 from Athens.
