Aqua-Aston Hospitality announced that Ed Skapinok is taking over the role of senior vice president of sales, marketing and revenue.

Skapinok will lead those areas for the Honolulu-based company which claims 50 properties in the Aloha State and mainland U.S., and will also manage the negotiation of key contracts, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth.

"Ed has been widely recognized for his accomplishments as a sales and marketing leader with both global hotel operators and independent properties," Kelvin Bloom, president of Aqua-Aston Holdings, said in a statement. "We are thrilled to welcome him to our team and look forward to seeing our business grow under his leadership."
