Guests staying at the Kaimana Beach Hotel in Waikiki can take advantage of a new five-night accommodation package in a suite that includes a custom designed longboard.
As part of the package, Kai Sallas, a Waikiki native and longboard champion, will work with the guest to personally come up with the design, colors and shape of the board. Sallas recently debuted his own line of surfboards and has a store within the Kaimana Beach Hotel.
Before leaving the hotel, the guest will also receive a personal surf lesson from Sallas. Once the board is finished, it will be shipped to the guest's home. This five-night package starts at $6,999.
Also available at Kaimana Beach Hotel, guests can book a photoshoot on the water with surf photographer Tommy Pierucki, whose work has appeared in the top surf magazines. The price for this starts at $1,699 and also includes a surf lesson with Sallas and brunch at the hotel's casual restaurant, Hau Tree.
