Kapolei Commons in southwest Oahu has introduced a drive-in concert series for the summer as Hawaii venues and attractions adapt to new social distancing rules and other health and safety regulations to combat the spread of Covid-19.

The current schedule includes brother and sister duo Kaiona and reggae outfit Ten Feet on July 24, and the Makaha Sons, a Hawaiian music band formed in 1976, on Aug. 14.

Tickets cost $30 per vehicle, and attendees will be able to listen to the concert on the radio in their vehicle. Attendees must stay in their vehicle for the duration of the concert and observe City and County of Honolulu social distancing guidelines.
