Mauna Kea Resort on the Island of Hawaii has named Todd Oldham food and beverage director for the resort, which includes Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort.

Oldham will oversee operations at the eight bars and restaurants across the two properties.
"Todd's strong background and impressive leadership skills are ideal assets as we share Hawaii's vibrant food scene with guests and elevate culinary experiences across both properties," Craig Anderson, vice president of operations at Mauna Kea Resort, said in a statement.
Oldham comes to Mauna Kea Resort with more than two decades of experience, including serving as director of food and beverage at Sheraton Kauai Resort, Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas, Kahala Hotel and Resort and Fairmont Kea Lani.
