Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has broken ground on its anticipated Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol.
Located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, the resort will sit on 50 beachfront acres when it opens its doors -- a date scheduled for mid-2023.
The resort will have 96 rooms and 61 branded residences, each with ocean views. The guestroom categories will include 74 rooms and casitas, 17 suites and five villas.
Other amenities will include family, adult and spa pools; several dining options; a spa; fitness center; Kid's Club; and the open-air Mercado with local vendors alongside premium brands.
