The Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All Inclusive Spa Resort has named Lorena Vilchis as its new director of sales and marketing. She will lead the resort's sales and marketing team and promote its growth in the North American and international markets.
She comes to the role with more than three decades of hospitality experience. Most recently, she was the director of sales and marketing for Fairmont Mayakoba. She has also worked with Hyatt Ziva, Sheraton and Live Aqua.
