Los Cabos' Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort has teamed up with plant-based lifestyle brand, Bonberi, to debut a culinary pop-up at the resort.

The gourmet eatery features a vegan menu infused with the flavors of Mexico. Some examples include the Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl, filled with fresh fruits and Bonberi grain-free coconut granola, and the Brussels Tacos with Creamy Vegan Elote Salad. 

The Bonberi smoothies, juices and dishes will also be available poolside, and the resort's transient Helados Cart will serve Bonberi popsicles. Guests will find Bonberi's influence at the Spa at Las Ventanas, as well, with dishes like the Nori Chickpea Tuna Rolls. 

Bonberi founder, Nicole Berrie, will be giving cooking classes in the resort's Herb Garden, as well.
