African Travel recently launched digital content and tools to keep the world connected with Africa along with booking options to seize the day when the time is right.
African Travel recently held a webinar for the travel industry titled "We've Got Your Back," which outlined new updates to its website and social channels that enables people to learn the latest in Africa, including:
• A travel alert section with updates from the 17 countries in African Travel's network of destinations.
• A Living Room Safari to virtually visit Africa through wildlife stories, new food and drink ideas, a list of recommended books and movies and more.
• Tips on using social content to educate and entertain clients.
• A "live from the bush" series featured on its Good News Wildlife page, including a recent interview discussing a day on safari, with Kapama ranger Rassie Jacobs, and an upcoming "live sundowner with the elephants" event on April 30.
For clients who are already expressing an interest in hitting the road again when it's safe to do so, African Travel is offering the option to Safari in Style with special savings later this year or next. Guests who book or tailor one of the 20-plus luxury brochure itineraries will receive a bonus complementary night on these trips.
