Qatar Airways is introducing service to Gaborone, Botswana, from Doha on Oct. 27. This new service makes Qatar Airways the first Middle Eastern airline to operate to the capital of Botswana.

The three-times weekly flights will be operated by an Airbus A350-900 aircraft, featuring 36 seats in business and 247 seats in economy.

Flight QR1377 will depart Doha at 6:55 a.m., arriving in Johannesburg, South Africa at 2:50 p.m. After a layover of about an hour it will continue on to Garbonne, where it touches down at 4:50. Return flight QR1378 will depart Gaborone at 6:35 p.m., arriving in Johannesburg at 7:30 p.m. It lands in Doha the following day at 6:35 a.m.
