Marriott International announced its debut in West Africa with the opening of the Sheraton Grand Conakry in Guinea.
Within close distance of the international airport, Sheraton Grand Conakry is situated in Conakry's up-and-coming, trendy Kipe district. The hotel features 269 guestrooms, which all offer ocean views, as well as 49 Sheraton Club rooms and suites. Leisure facilities include an extensive, 3,200-square-foot fitness center; an infinity pool; and a spa. The hotel also offers various meetings spaces and a fully equipped business center.
