Limited early-bird tickets for the annual Life Is Beautiful festival Sept. 16 to 18 in downtown Las Vegas are on sale now.
Early general admission for three days is $345 (plus tax and fees). VIP tickets, which give guests access to exclusive seating and dining areas, begin at $755. Layaway options with monthly installments are available.
"Every year we learn a little bit more from our audiences," said Craig Asher Nyman, head of music and live performances at Life Is Beautiful. "What are they inspired by? What do they crave? And every year we have an opportunity to create something better and impact our community in a truly positive way."
The lineup of performers for this year has yet to be announced. Past festivals have featured such artists as Green Day, Billie Eilish, Megan Thee Stallion, Lionel Ritchie, Lorde, Stevie Wonder, Mumford & Sons and Post Malone. Speakers in the past have included Deepak Chopra, RuPaul Charles and Bill Nye.
Rolling Stone gets involved
Backed by the late Tony Hsieh, former CEO of Zappos, Life Is Beautiful has taken place on 18 city blocks since 2013. Rolling Stone, a subsidiary of Penske Media, announced it acquired a majority interest in the festival in February and plans to bring it to new territories and expand its digital footprint.
Among the reported 170,000 who attended last year after a pandemic-related pause in 2020 was Rolling Stone co-founder and CEO Jan Wenner, who praised the festival's unique atmosphere.
"A lot of festivals can feel same-y, but this one is set in the streets of the city downtown, with this art element and the local vendors -- you could feel the DNA of it," Wenner said. "This one has an extremely special quality to it, and it does really go back to Tony's original vision behind it. ... It feels part of downtown, which is a totally different area than the Strip."
