Proper Eats, a 24,000-square-foot food hall with a dozen culinary options, has opened on the second-level promenade of the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

"This is a dream destination for me," said Andy Masi, founder of Clique Hospitality, curator of the venue. "Our team is bringing together cocktails and cuisine from some of our favorite places in the world in one strikingly beautiful space in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip."

Among the offerings:

• Portland, Ore., favorite Shalom Y'all, with Mediterranean cuisine including spiced cauliflower, grilled lamb and beef Nazareth kebabs.

• DJ Steve Aoki's Pizzaoki, with New York-style pizzas.

• The first Seoul Bird outside of London, with Korean fried chicken.

• The only Wexler's Deli outside of Los Angeles.

• Egghead, a breakfast spot by Tao Group Hospitality.

• Clique's Temaki, serving hand rolls and other sushi dishes.

Proper Eats will deliver a fun and lively communal dining experience to the resort, said Anton Nikodemus, Aria president and COO.

"Every detail has been carefully curated, from creative concepts to venue design, bringing together a first-class culinary epicenter that is approachable with a variety of options to choose based on preference, taste or mood," Nikodemus said.
