The Hotel Greystone, shuttered since early 2020 due to the pandemic, plans to reopen in late September.
The 91-room Miami Beach hotel at the corner of 19th Street and Collins Avenue had completed a $65 million renovation project shortly before it closed.
The upgrade maintains the 1939 Henry Hohauser design on the exterior while making the interiors more contemporary.

A 135-seat restaurant, Serevene, marries Japanese ingredients and French technique, according to David Bowd, Co-Founder and CEO at Salt Hotels, which is operating the Greystone.
A shady courtyard will house the hotel's cafe, Kobo, which will feature Japanese-style "sando" sandwiches, Bowd said.
Other new amenities include a 6,000-square-foot rooftop pool and bar, a speakeasy lounge in the basement and eight penthouse suites that feature private terraces with Jacuzzis.
