The White Elephant Palm Beach, a luxury, boutique hotel, is expected to open late this year in what was formerly the Bradley Park Hotel, which dates back to the 1920s. The property will be the sister hotel to Nantucket's White Elephant hotel, owned and operated by New England Development.

The project's architect, Elkus Manfredi, aimed to create a hotel that both paid respects to the area's century-old architectural history while reinterpreting it for the needs of today's traveler. The hotel will open with 32 rooms (13 guestrooms and 19 suites), and each room will have an outdoor balcony with landscaping. Two penthouse suites will feature large living spaces, fully equipped kitchens and large outdoor terraces with ocean views.

The pool will lie in the center of the hotel's courtyard, and a new signature restaurant, which has yet to be named, will feature private dining rooms and outdoor seating.
