Partnering with several cloud-based systems, including NetSuite, which enables GBT to achieve greater visibility into global operations through improved financial, billing and revenue management systems and solutions; Coupa, which provides spend management solutions; and Workday for finance and HR. The company expects to complete its transition to the cloud later this year
The company also enhanced its duty of care portfolio with a series of products. They included launch of Traveler Care Functionalities (to enable location, communication and aid for travelers); launch of Proactive Traveler Care (to help deal with travel disruptions proactively, often before travelers know they exist); and an iJET partnership (provides customers with greater access to communication and risk management tools).
