Continued focus on traveler-centric tools like the FindIt app, which now supports more travel websites. When a traveler finds a flight or hotel, the app asks the traveler if they want to complete the booking with Short's. If the answer is yes, the traveler receives an email from Short's with details, discounts, policies and lower price alternatives for consideration.

Looking Ahead

Will grow about 15% for 2016, as it has for the past eight or nine years on average. Will continue to focus on technology for travelers to maintain position in the marketplace and to provide customers with tools to continually increase efficiencies, drive traveler satisfaction and realize incremental savings. For example, targeting enhanced technologies for proprietary FindIt application, group travel services (charters, commercial air, hotel and ground).

Will also roll out a tool that will audit hotel rates from booking to check-in, giving the traveler the option to capture additional savings.

Will offer FindIt to other travel management companies.
