American Express plans to open a Centurion Lounge in 2023 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport.
The lounge will be American Express' largest at 26,000 square feet. It will also be the first with several outdoor spaces, including a garden terrace.
The lounge will be located between domestic and international terminals in Concourse E.
The design of the lounge was inspired by Atlanta itself, with "a modern approach to Southern design," American Express said. It will feature locally inspired food and beverages, including a bourbon bar.
There are also plans to open a Centurion Lounge at Washington Reagan National Airport. Expansions are underway at San Francisco and Seattle-Tacoma airports.
