Mexican low-cost carrier Interjet will launch service between Mexico City and Miami on Feb. 23, a route already served by Aeromexico and American.
The carrier will offer two roundtrip weekday flights and one flight a day on weekends.
Interjet debuted in the U.S. on Dec. 1 with daily nonstop service between Mexico City and San Antonio, filling a slot vacated in 2010 by bankrupt Mexicana.
