Discount transatlantic airline Level will launch service between Barcelona and Miami on March 31, operating the service three times per week.
Miami will be Level's fifth U.S. destination. The carrier currently flies from Barcelona to Boston, New York JFK, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Level will operate the Miami-Barcelona route with a new Airbus A330-200 with premium economy and economy cabins, competing against American, which offers twice-daily service.
Level is owned by International Airlines Group (IAG), which also is the parent of British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling.
