Goodbye Monte Carlo, hello Park MGM

With the lighting of a new marquee and hotel tower signs, the Monte Carlo Las Vegas is now officially the Park MGM.

Much of the Las Vegas Strip hotel-casino's transformation is complete. The guestrooms have been redone and the property has a new lobby and several new restaurants and bars.

Still to come: the fall 2018 opening of the NoMad, a standalone 292-room hotel on the tower's top four floors.

The transformation of the Monte Carlo to the Park MGM/NoMad is a $550 million project. MGM Resorts International and boutique hotelier Sydell Group are partners on the project.
