The Rosa Alpina Hotel & Spa, a luxury mountain resort located in Italy's Dolomites, will be reflagged as a fully branded Aman property in December 2022.
It will be Aman's second location in Italy, joining the Aman Venice.
The transition will begin this year, with Aman forging an agreement to begin taking over the family-owned property's marketing services, sales and on-the-ground operations over the next 18 months.
The Rosa Alpina Hotel & Spa currently has 52 guestrooms and also houses the three-Michelin-star Italian restaurant St. Hubertus, which is helmed by executive chef Norbert Niederkofler.
The property's amenities include a spa, indoor pool, gym and hammam, and it offers quick access to the Dolomites ski region, home to nearly 750 miles of slopes.
Rosa Alpina is scheduled open for the winter season on Dec. 11 and will close on April 5.
