Auberge Resorts Collection has been tapped to manage the Cambridge House, a new luxury hotel set to open in London's Mayfair district late next year.

The property will occupy the former In and Out Military Club at 94 Piccadilly, which is being revamped as part of a broader, billion-dollar-plus redevelopment project being helmed by real estate group Reuben Brothers.

The Cambridge House will comprise 102 rooms, a members-only club and multiple dining venues. The property's wellness facilities will include a gym and a two-level spa with hydrotherapy areas, two heated swimming pools and seven treatment rooms.

The hotel will also feature event spaces, including a ballroom.

According to Auberge Resorts Collection chairman Dan Friedkin, the Cambridge House marks "an exciting step forward in our focused expansion into Europe."

The brand -- which already has the Domaine des Etangs, Auberge Resorts Collection in France and the Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection in Santorini within its fold -- plans to add the Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence to its European portfolio later this year.
