Marriott International edged out InterContinental Hotels Group and Delta Hotels & Resorts in J.D. Power’s first customer-satisfaction survey for hotel loyalty programs.
Marriott Rewards scored 707 of a possible 1,000 points, followed by IHG Rewards Club’s 704 points and Delta Privilege's 703 points.
La Quinta, Drury, Hilton and Choice Hotels International all have loyalty programs that are above average, while loyalty programs run by Carlson, Fairmont, Starwood, Omni, Wyndham, Red Roof, Hyatt and Best Western came in below average, according to J.D. Power.
J.D. Power polled more than 3,800 people who have joined a hotel loyalty program.
