Mexican developer MB Signature Properties is building the MB Resort Orlando, a luxury hotel expected to open in winter 2028.

The MB Resort will be constructed in front of Lake Bryan, which is about 5 miles from the Disney Springs dining/shopping district.

The resort will have 199 two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites with kitchens. Plans call for a spa, rooftop bar, restaurant, fire pit area, splash park, arcade room, outdoor pool, fitness center and co-working space.
