A Nickelodeon hotel is coming to Oman.

Dubai-based Dar Global announced that the family-focused concept will be part of its Aida project in Muscat.

Construction on Aida, a mixed-use development incorporating hotels, residences and golf across approximately 865 acres, began in late 2023.

The development's Nickelodeon Hotel & Resorts Oman will feature 120 accommodations, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom residences. Amenities will include an Aqua Nick waterpark with slides and splash zones, themed dining venues, a Club Nick kids clubhouse and live entertainment, including game shows, character appearances and slime experiences.

The first phase of Aida is scheduled to be complete by next year.

The Oman hotel will join existing Nickelodeon resorts in the Dominican Republic, Mexico's Riviera Maya and Turkiye. A fourth Nickelodeon-branded resort is slated to open in Orlando later this year.
