Park Hyatt to occupy top floors of Kuala Lumpur skyscraper

A Park Hyatt luxury hotel will open in Malaysia's capital, atop the world's third-tallest building, in 2021.

The Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur will occupy the top 17 floors of the 118-story PNB 118 Tower. At more than 2,100 feet, it will be Southeast Asia's tallest building when completed in 2020.

The 232-room hotel will feature a pool with views of the city below as well as a spa with six treatment rooms. The hotel's public areas will have "residentially inspired spaces" such as libraries and galleries.

The property's rooms will afford views of Stadium Merdeka.
