Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans to make its Dubai debut in 2029 with the Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai.
The adjacent properties will be part of Peninsula Dubai, a waterfront residential and hospitality complex under development.
Set along Jumeirah Beach, the 195-room Rosewood Dubai will be home to four dining concepts, a private beach and beach club, a wellness center and an Explorers Club children's venue. The hotel will feature eight private garden villas among its accommodations.
The adjacent Rosewood Residences Dubai will offer 63 residences and five beachfront villas as well as access to a 24-hour concierge service, spa facilities, a padel court and a private cinema.
