The Statler, a Dallas hotel that closed in 2001, is back. After a three-year, $255 million redevelopment, the hotel reopened on Tuesday as a member of Hilton's Curio collection.

The 19-story hotel overlooking Main Street Garden Park has 159 guestrooms and 219 residences as well as 33,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 13,000-square-foot grand ballroom.

The property's five restaurants and bars include an underground cocktail lounge called Bourbon & Banter, a Pan-Asian restaurant called Fine China, and a poolside roof deck lounge called Waterproof that will open later this year. The hotel also has a four-lane bowling alley.

The hotel was redeveloped by Centurion American Development Group and is managed by Dallas-based Aimbridge Hospitality.
