The Trump SoHo in New York has been renamed the Dominick, and
is operated by an affiliate of Los Angeles-based CIM Group, the condo hotel's
majority owner.
Last month, CIM and the Trump Organization reached an
agreement to remove both the Trump brand and management from the hotel by
year's end. The former Trump Toronto was also deflagged this year, and now
operates under the St. Regis brand.
The 391-room hotel has also become the third in New York
City to be listed within Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection of
luxury properties.
