Butterfield & Robinson announced leadership changes that the luxury tour operator said "will help propel the brand into its next era." The brand will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2026.
Alexander Green will serve as chief marketing officer, with the company crediting him for his "strategic, creative and operational expertise." He most recently worked as both chief marketing officer and chief experience officer at Longo's, a grocery chain in Canada. While there, he boosted digital engagement and customer loyalty.
In his new role, Green will focus on bolstering global brand presence.
The company also tapped Kristi Elborne to serve as chief experience officer, building on her career with the brand. As director of sales and trip design, she has spent over a decade molding the company's trip design, regional development and destination partnerships.
Elborne also has a background in luxury hospitality and real estate, including at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
"These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to staying at the forefront of luxury travel while remaining true to the creativity and curiosity that has always defined us," said CEO Mike Scarola.
