Pringle was promoted from Mountain West regional sales to director of national accounts and will report to Bang, the chief sales and marketing officer.

"In the past 11 years since John joined Avanti, he has helped drive our highest growth years," said CEO Paul Barry.

Barry credited Hanratty for strengthening consortia and agency partnerships.

Hanratty, who has served on the U.S. Tour Operators Association board of directors for years, has worked in the travel industry for close to three decades and will remain in the industry, though the announcement did not share his next move.

Pringle has worked at Avanti for 14 years and will be responsible for developing outreach strategies for travel agencies and advisors. Bang will focus on preferred agreements, budgets and long-term strategy.

Avanti sells its custom itineraries exclusively through travel advisors.
