Terry Dale, president and CEO of the U.S. Tour Operators Association, has signed a two-year contract extension through 2028.

Dale became USTOA president in 2011 and was named CEO in 2013. Under his tenure, he has led an expansion of advocacy efforts. He was also credited for his role in the Annual Conference & Marketplace, the biannual PwC USTOA Member Economic Survey and establishing the U.S.-Canada tourism coalition this year.
USTOA board chair Dana Santucci called Dale's leadership "unparalleled."
"His innovative vision and unwavering commitment have transformed the association's influence within the global travel and tourism industry," Santucci said. "Through Terry's efforts, USTOA's voice is stronger, our members are better supported, and the path forward is clear and brighter than ever."
Dale said he was honored to continue leading USTOA and with the support of members, the board and staff would "keep turning challenges into opportunities that make USTOA stronger and that move the global travel industry forward."
