The non-commissionable discount, available at Dollar locations in the U.S. and Canada, is for agents in the U.S. and Canada with an IATAN or IATA card.
To get the discount, agents should print out the "20% discount" coupon available at www.travelagent.dollar.com, make their reservation and bring the coupon to the rental counter.
Dollar called the 20% discount a “thank-you” to agents.
