Four Seasons and Spanish real estate investment firm Blasson have just announced plans to open the new Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla in the heart of the city on Plaza Nueva.

The 55-room hotel will occupy a landmark building in the Arenal Quarter near Sevilla’s entertainment, culinary, and cultural attractions, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Sevilla Cathedral, Archivo de Indias, and Royal Alcázar.

The building, which dates back to the mid-20th century, will undergo a complete revitalization before opening. Accommodations will range from 430 to 1,260 square feet, including a Presidential Suite.

Dining options

Plans also include a street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar with city views, and a gathering place and lounge on the ground floor. Additional amenities will include a spa, fitness center, and a rooftop swimming pool overlooking Sevilla’s historic skyline.

Four Seasons already has properties in Spain, in Madrid and Mallorca. An opening date for Seville was not immediately available.

Sevilla is accessible by high-speed rail, air, and road and is located just 2.5 hours from Madrid.
