The Bahamas is getting a new luxury resort and it will be part of Hilton’s Curio Collection.

Paradise Breeze, set to open in 2028, will be owned by B.P.G. LTD., which will fly the Curio flag under a franchise agreement with Hilton. The Curio Collection has nearly 200 properties in its portfolio; this will be its first in The Bahamas.

The newly constructed Paradise Breeze Nassau, Curio Collection by Hilton will be an 11-story building with 125 accommodations with water views. The property will be three miles from the airport and five miles from shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The resort will have a 15,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility, padel and squash courts and a 5,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool overlooking the sea. There will also be 4,000 square feet of private and flexible event space to cater to meetings and events.

Paradise Breeze Nassau, Curio Collection by Hilton will participate in Hilton Honors, the company’s loyalty program.

“Hilton remains committed to strategic growth across the Caribbean, where we have a robust pipeline of new hotels and resorts and plans to double our footprint in the coming years,” said Pablo Maturana, vice president, development and architecture, construction and design, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton in a statement.

Hilton currently has a portfolio of more than 300 hotels throughout the Caribbean and Latin America and a development pipeline of more than 150 hotels in various stages of design and construction.

Hilton is on the move with its Curio Collection. Last month the company said it will open Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton, this fall. It will be the brand's first Curio Collection hotel in Hawaii.
