The Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is scheduled to open its doors in April. The IHG resort, which sits on Seven Mile Beach, will feature 282 guestrooms and suites, an outdoor deck with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and more than 7,500 square feet of meetings and event space as well as a rooftop lounge, Pom Pom, that will serve cocktails and light tropical fare.
The resort will also be home to an upscale food hall that will include Catalina, a California-inspired eatery that will showcase fresh island ingredients; the Milkberry, which will serve sushi and Asian-inspired small plates like ramen, egg rolls and Korean fried chicken; and the international-cuisine restaurant Rasa.
Other offerings include 24-hour on-site fitness center, premium poolside cabana service, beach chair and umbrella services, complimentary in-room coffee-and-tea station and complimentary bikes for island exploration.
Dart Real Estate, owner and developer of the Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman, also owns Grand Cayman's Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay, a Grand Cayman town square that includes residences, office space shops and entertainment.
